Self Care Challenge

Self Care is taking the time to do things that help you improve both your physical health and mental health. When it comes to your mental health, self-care can help you manage stress, lower your risk of illness, and increase your energy. Self care just makes you feel good. Take this challenge for 15 days to take the steps towards improving your physical and mental health. If something doesn't fit into what you consider self care, switch it up.
